2026 HOTBA, AGC & CFMA Crawfish Boil Brings Industry Together in Waco

The 1st annual HOTBA, Central Texas AGC, and CFMA Crawfish Boil brought together construction industry professionals, community partners, and members from across Central Texas for an evening of networking, fellowship, and celebration at Barnett’s Whiskey House in Waco.

The event once again proved to be one of the region’s favorite industry gatherings, creating an opportunity for members to strengthen relationships outside of the jobsite while enjoying great food, live music, and a strong turnout from across the commercial construction and development community.

Attendees included contractors, suppliers, service providers, builders, financial professionals, and local industry leaders, all coming together to support collaboration within the Central Texas construction industry. The evening also highlighted the continued partnership between the Heart of Texas Builders Association, Central Texas AGC, and CFMA, organizations that remain committed to supporting workforce development, industry advocacy, and professional relationships throughout the region.

A special thank you goes out to all of the sponsors, volunteers, and attendees who helped make the event possible. Their support continues to strengthen industry connections and helps ensure events like this remain successful year after year.

Events like the Crawfish Boil play an important role in building relationships across the industry. While projects and deadlines keep everyone busy, opportunities to connect in a relaxed setting help strengthen partnerships that continue long after the event ends.

Central Texas AGC looks forward to continuing to provide opportunities for members to connect, collaborate, and support the future of the construction industry in Central Texas.
